My work is about more than gathering people. It is about building the trust, strategy, and alignment that make opportunity possible.
Born in Cameroon, shaped by Canada, and building between Toronto and New York, I learned how to move across cultures, industries, and rooms that do not always speak the same language. That lived experience became a strategic lens: reading systems, translating between worlds, and creating connection where there was no obvious blueprint.
I design the conditions for belief, partnership, and momentum to emerge, then help turn that momentum into visibility, opportunity, and long term ecosystem value.
Through Mothers to Daughters and my advisory work, I have built relationships across finance, technology, fashion, philanthropy, diplomacy, and women’s leadership. The visible moments are only one part of the work. The deeper value is the architecture behind them.
Track Record
Before founding M2D and Mbvoumbo Global Strategy, I spent a decade in institutional finance, managing UHNW relationships at RBC Wealth Management and overseeing investor communications for hundreds of public companies at Broadridge Financial Solutions.
The Intersection
Culture
My perspective spans Africa, Europe, and North America — shaping how I read a room, build trust, and connect identity, style, and economic opportunity. In my work, fashion and the arts are not decoration. They are languages of leadership and belonging.
Capital
From UHNW private banking at RBC Wealth Management to investor communications at Broadridge, Francine's fluency in institutional capital is grounded in practice. Her work is relational, strategic, and shaped by a decade of experience across finance, technology, and partnerships.
Community
As a Global Peace Ambassador representing Canada, United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) delegate, and speaker in diplomatic spaces, Francine operates where policy meets lived reality. She translates global conversations into practical pathways that advance women's economic agency, leadership, and belonging.
Global Presence
I have earned access and contributed meaningfully to convenings that define the direction of finance, diplomacy, and culture. These rooms inform my ability to connect cultural intelligence, institutional language, and community trust into partnerships that move.
Advisory & Services
Flagship Movement
Mothers to Daughters (M2D) is more than a nonprofit. It is an intergenerational economic movement and a living architecture of mentorship, entrepreneurship, and cultural programming. Registered in Canada and recognized as a U.S. 501(c)(3), M2D meets women across three stages: those beginning, those building, and those leading. Its long term vision is to help 100,000 women entrepreneurs stand alongside each other by 2035. Support for M2D may be tax deductible in the United States to the extent permitted by law.
Signature Events & Programs
In Motion
My work moves through rooms where capital, culture, and community meet — from runway to roundtable, panel to private reception.
For select fashion, beauty, lifestyle, sports, technology, and cultural brands, I partner as a strategic ambassador and event host — bringing executive presence, cultural fluency, and community trust to campaigns and rooms that need resonance.

Selected Thinking
A curated selection of essays on strategic partnerships, human intelligence in the age of AI, and leading across generations. These are the ideas that shape how I advise, convene, and build across capital, culture, technology, and community.
A clear point of view on trust, alignment, emotional intelligence, and the relationship architecture behind meaningful growth.
Why AI should sharpen human judgment, not replace it, and how leaders can use technology without losing their strategic edge.
How wisdom, adaptability, mentorship, and cross-generational collaboration become business infrastructure.
